4.5 Pounds Off!

Well that was good. I am very pleased.

Porridge = 1.5
Milk = 1
Tuna Pasta = 4 I know but I made a batch of 4 so shall have it tomorrow and on Sat.
Banana = 1.5
Snack a Jacks = 1.5
Baked tattie with beans and cheese = 6.5
WW cereal bar = 1.5
Light hot choc = 1
Points = 18.5.

Weigh Day Tomorrow!

Not at all hungry today. Quite a good day points wise.
Porridge = 1.5
Milk = .5
Tuna pasta = 4
Banana x 2 = 3
Yoghurt = 1.5
Scrambled eggs on buttered toast = 8
Muffin and philly = 3
Hot choc = 1
Points = 22.5
If I do well at weigh in tomorrow I shall reduce points to 20.

Another Good Day.

A good day today despite going to Sarah's for coffee and her coming to me for lunch. I defrosted 1 slice of carrot cake for her and she left some and the icing. Well I just had to have a bit! 1.5 points is too many but better to err on the right side.
Peter is away for another week (woowee!) This is giving me a good restart with no booze or take-aways.
Porridge = 1.5

Milk = 1
Penny's Pasta = 7
Salad = 1.5
Yoghurt = 1.5
Apple = .5
Banana = 1.5
Salad = 2
bread & butter = 2
Light hot chocolate = 1
Oh! and carrot cake = 1.5
Points = 21.5.
Gosh! I've even had my 5 a day!

Night Out

Off to a good start AGAIN!
Night out at Annie's tonight so might be a bit OTT.

Nibbles = 4

Wine x 5 + 10
Roll and butter x 1/2 = 2
Cheesecake = 4
Points = 35! I shall pay for this all week!

A Good Start.....And Then!

I went to W.W and am glad to have done so. It has inspired me.
Today started well. I baby sat Kate and Elizabeth and had my breakfast and lunch at their house. When I got home I was starving and popped a chocolate or two into my mouth before I walked the dogs. I am so pathetic! THEN I opened an Easter egg to break up and put in the bin but some ended up in my mouth! Aarrgg.
W.W. say I should have 24 points a day.
Porridge = 2
Milk = 1.5
Ham & cheese roll = 4.5
Biscuits x 2 = 3
Light hot choc = 1
Beans = 2
Toast & butter = 2
Points = 16 so, did I have 8 points worth of chocolate? Naa.
P.S. I have put chocolates and egg in the bin and emptied some dying flowers on top. I case I go midnight hunting!

New Leaf.

Thats right! I'm turning over a new leaf. Again! Tomorrow I shall go to Weight Watcher's. This should get me up and running again.
Before Annie's birthday I weighed less than when I started this blog but have had to cope with Easter and a trip tp Spain!!
Tomorrow is a new day. Shall start bloggong from Friday........................promise! ( Thanks J and C Bear for encouragement)xxx

Home Today so, Big Challenge!

Tomorrow is Annie's 30th!!! She has asked for mac cheese and cot pie!!!! Also out to dinner in the evening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I might (let's be honest, I will) weaken but will make amends on Sunday.

Tiny banana = 1
Tesco light Singapore noodles = 5.5 (Vile)
Tesco Shredded duck pancakes x 3 = 1.5 (Divine).
Small amount of crisps = 1
Light hot chocolate = 1
Points = 16.5.

BBQ= Sausages chicken tattie & butter!! and sweetcorn. = 12
Points = 22.
Shall try to stop now. So tempted to have wine but resisted......so far.
Am off tomorrow so feel holidayish.

Bit More Off!

Lost another 1.9lbs today so scales were correct yesterday. Am very pleased.
