Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggg!

Things have been pretty bad. I don't seem to be able to get back into the groove. Smartarse is quite right about the fruit, veg and water. The thing is I have had some but not put it down....fruit and veg are nearly nothing!.
So. This is my new plan. Carolyn (thin sister) is coming up on Wednesday for a week. Now she won't make me over-eat, however she does like the odd custard tart and glass of wine. My plan is to tell you all everything I eat next week, but (like Jacky) I won't count the points. This way I shall watch what I eat and not go overboard. Carolyn will be here from Wed-Tues. I shall count points on the days she is not here.
Egg bacon and toast = 7
Roast beef dinner = 7
1 profiterole = 2 ( estimate)
Wine = 8 pfttt!
Points =24

Weigh or no Weigh?

Well I have been very bad. Right off the rails BUT still not consuming as much as I used to. I don't know if I should weigh myself tomorrow or not. On Friday night I popped into a 50th birthday party for half an hour as I had a cold and wanted an early night......I arrived at 8 and left at 2!!!!Used a lot of calories though!
I MUST NOT DRINK TILL FRIDAY....AND I SHALL BE VERY VERY GOOD ALL WEEK.

Sniff! Cough! Drink! Sniffffffffff

I have a grotty cold and cough which has made me so miserable that all I want to do is eat and drink. I have tried, and not eaten as much as I would have in the past.
Forgotten what I had yesterday!
Today

Soup = 1.5
Biscuits x 3 = 5
Snack-a-jacks = 1.5
x 2 Sloe gins.Oooh! that has cleared me tubes. Brain is muddled now though!
Planning home- made chic casserole and wine tonight. Will someone help me with my dipsomania......pleeeeeeeese. Yes, jolly well Judy...spell check that please. xxx.

Another .9 of a lb off and it will be 2 stone! Wow! Shall I buy a bikini (or a thong) now, or wait for another few to come off?

Honestly! It Would Have Been Loads More.

I have struggled today. I must say if it wasn't for this blog I would have eaten (and drunk) loads more. I don't think I've gon off the rails but still not in the zone.
If it was not for 'The Promise' I would have had Roses and biscuits. The night is young, I know.... so I shall busy myself by going off to tidy upstairs and then have a cup of tea with Larkrise.
