Yesterday I Lost 1.4lbs!!

I want hot, tasty food!
Another .9 of a lb off and it will be 2 stone! Wow! Shall I buy a bikini (or a thong) now, or wait for another few to come off?
No booze till Friday.
Porridge = 2
Milk = .5
Light hot choc = 1

Monday
Porridge = 1.5
Slim a soup = 1.5
Cherries = 1.5
Light hot choc x 2 = 2
Sherry (for medicinal purposes and also to finish the bottle)
Wine x 3 = 6
Chicken Soup = 2
Chicken sandwich =5
Points = 19.5 + A stinking cold!

Sunday = Various Sunday treats!!
