F.F.S.

Oh Lord!
Porridge = 1.5
Ham sandwich = 4
Soup = 1.5
Biscuit = 1.5
Chunk of ham and x-low philly = 5
Some of Peter's curry!! = 5
Wine = 4
Points = 22.5

Friday.
Porridge = 1.5
Chicken sandwich = 5
Soup = 1.5
Biscuit = 2
Noodles = 7.5
Wine = 4
Few Quavers = .5
Tiny dram = 1
Points = 22. Within my points but feel fat!

Penny - I hardly ever see any fruit/veg in your list of foods. I am sure you would do better if you had some. Apart from being filling they are good for you. And............. how much water are you drinking?

No! I just told you what FFS means. With your girls.... and mine I'm in shock you didn't know. I would never swear at my favorite cuz!....As long as you're my favorite cuz of course ...so behave! xxx.
