7 Days and Still on Track. Hurrah!

I’m so thrilled to have made it through the weekend without blowing it. The family came to lunch and I did have some wine but stopped after 2 (large) glasses.
Weigh day tomorrow….wish me luck!

Saturday.
Porridge with apple
Apple
Weight Watcher’s macaroni cheese (vile)
Small Snack-a-Jacks x 2. (Getting addicted)
Muffin and jam
Light hot choc x 2 = 16 points

Sunday
Buttered muffin (It is Sunday!) with marmalade
Roast chicken with new potatoes, green beans and a tiny bit of cauliflower cheese + gravy
2 large glasses of wine
Small banana
Yoghurt
Light hot choc x 2. =20 ½ points. I know I am over but was under yesterday.
