Q) Should I choose the strawberries or the scones?
A) The strawberries.
Yess! Not even tempted by cream teas.
Hurrah this must mean I’m in the zone…..
Porridge
2 cups of tea with milk
No point soup
Muffin and jam
Apple
2 poached eggs on lightly buttered toast
Yoghurt
Low cal choc drink.
Points = 15
Didn’t even have strawberries in the end…..out of season yuck!

Have you worked out how many points a day you are allowed. If you do not use the required number of points you do not lose weight. I found out that that was true - you MUST use all your daily points. xx
20. But I'm saveing some for the weekend.
