That is not a good day's diet today Penny - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, and CUT OUT THE BOOZE, [there are so many calories (and points)in it]. And do I see a single portion of fruit or veg there - NO! (Chips don't count!)
Get across the road to Tesco's and buy a load of fruit and veg you like and snack on that, then you might leave the biccies and sweets alone. They shouldn't be in your house now anyway. I always keep grapes in the fridge and when I get a sweet urge I grab a few of them and it satisfies my craving.
And how you only counted 7 points for burger and chips I know not - 17 more like!
And getting back into the zone next Monday won't do. You will then think of another reason to put it off until the following week.
DO IT NOW - THINK POSITIVE - THINK THIN!
NAG, NAG, NAG, NAG, NAG I know, but someone has to!.

I'm a friend of Judy, I've been following and commenting on her blog.
I really feel for you. For over 50 years I've been fighting the flab.
You've so much temptation all around you. Can't you get rid of it? Take it to work or give it to friends?
This christmas was the first time I didn't have naughtie stuff readily available.
In previous years I've taken it to the local charity shops for the staff to eat. I'm a regular customer so they know it's OK to eat.
Every November Cadbury sends their pensioners a box of goodies. I started scoffing it and then felt very guilty. I've put the remainder in such an awkward place I can't easily raid it.
It's not at all easy to diet when it's so cold. Couldn't you just 'tread water' until it warms up?

Here's a top tip from the family alcoholic.....
Try smirnoff vodka, it is really low in points. I think it is 1 point for a double - YES A DOUBLE!! (last time I checked on the ww website, anyway).
I have it with sugar free lemonade and a dash of lime or alternatively with sugar free redbull, or diet coke.
I completely understand that it barely compares to a lovely glass of wine, but it helps ease the pain a little ;-)
